  2. All Time for Job Report

    It would be convenient if when running job reports, that there was a selection for ALL TIME, instead of only being able to pick one week, or display a custom range. It would allow for more accurate reports, and would help save time in figuring out when the project started and then running the report from that time.

  3. E-Mail Payroll Reports

    I am looking for a way to have Payroll Reports sent to my e-mail each week much like the weekly digest. It would be helpful for me as I tend to forget to run Payroll Reports each week, to have them in my e-mail box ready to review instead of having to create them manually each time.

  4. Having overtime calculated by pay period instead of per week, to accomodate other countries' legislation.

    We use TSheets in Romania. Here we have to calculate overtime by pay period. Example: Is an employee has 160 regular hours in a month, then only the total numbers that exceed these total are considered overtime. It would be helpful to have the option to choose if overtime is calculated by week or by pay-period to accommodate our legislation also.

  5. Invoicing: display hours total along with $

    Enhancement request: when invoicing, it would be very helpful to display a total of "hours" along with the total of $ for the time period selected.

  6. Quoted time over actual project/company report

    I think this is one report that is missing. Since we use quickbooks, it would be nice to have a report to show how far off on quoted time we are.

  7. A payroll report that includes running time

    We would like to see running clocks on our reports just like we have for ourselves. It really is more informative and less time consuming then looking up under approvals, and then doing the math. This would be helpful in instances where we may need to send employees home when they are nearing overtime.

  8. I and my clients rely on the notes my staff sends on TSheets. It would be great to show them in the reporting.

    When our maintenance crew perform certain tasks they use TSheet notes to provide information such as light timer settings, inspection notes. They also use notes to request days off. It would be great to pull this information up through TSheets Reports. Right now I have to cut and paste.

  10. Add the option in Approval Reports or Review for each individual entry to be approved, possibly by different managers.

    Example: Empoyee works Monday morning for Manager A, and Monday afternoon for Manager B on different job sites. Manager A has the option to approve only the entries that they supervised and then Manager B can go in and approve his jobs.

  11. Daily or weekly email report to client

    Add the ability to send out an email to the Customer that reports total hours clocked that day and total hours clocked since last invoice. No report would be sent if no hours were logged.

    This would be helpful to people like me who contract on an hourly basis and like to keep their customers apprised of how many hours have been clocked without having to manually generate a report for every client.

  12. Add Rounding Filtering to the report

    We would like to have the ability to run a report that we could filter based on actual time entered or apply rounding. This would allow us to run one report for payroll and another report for billing.

  13. A Daily Report Option that would display all Overtime Hours for the day

    Currently, calculating overtime hours is only available when doing weekly reports. It would be great if, when running a daily report, you can also calculate Overtime hours, since that column does show up in the report, but is left blank.

  14. Report that shows Job Codes and Job Code Assignments

    It would be nice to have the ability to export a list of all job codes and all job code assignments to verify that job codes were assigned properly throughout the day.

  15. Daily Report

    Either instead of, or in addition to, the Weekly Digest email, it would be nice to have an email sent out daily with the total number of hours worked per employee and per job code for the previous day.
