  2. Ability to manage how frequently the TSheets app sends out GPS positions

    We like to see very accurate details in our maps. We've come across issues where employees have clocked in/out properly but TSheets only pings their location on the map every 20 minutes or so. If there was a way to alter how frequently those GPS pings happen that would be great. Such as you would be able to set GPS pings to 1 Every 2 minutes or 1 Every 20 Minutes. I know for my company we provide all our employees with iPhones to be able to see where they are but the tracking itself sometimes can't resolve discrepancies that…

  4. Edit crew members times on the mobile app. In the same way that you can for yourself in the "timesheet list".

    Currently when a manager tracks the time for the crew there is no way to edit a typo or incorrect entry from the mobile app. Therefore, if they are in the field they would have to contact someone in the accounting office to fix the incorrect entry. This is why Tsheets will not work for our company.

  7. Add job code attributes/options

    At the Job Code we could set up these attributes:

    - job start requirement: start and stop time intervals (e.g. office is open only from 9am-5pm)
    - job length limit (e.g. paid lunch 30min, after the limit go to unpaid break)
    - GPS position tolerance (e.g. can start only 1 mile of the office, and auto stop if they leave), or listed WiFi SID
    - GPS log off / on (ping time) (e.g. in the office only every 30 min, in the car on ext. battery every 1 min)
    - payable / not (e.g. lunch, break) / x% (e.g. phone…

  9. Create an option to allow employees to enter "future" time.

    TSheets currently does not allow an employee to enter a timesheet in the future. For our organization, our hourly employees are paid on the 15th and last day of the month. The pay period INCLUDES payday (1st - 15th; 16th - 30/31st). On payday under our old system, the employee would enter their time for the entire day, knowing they would be working until 5pm that day. In TSheets, they have to just enter their total hours for the day in the Manual Time Card for the 15th or 30/31st.

  10. Convert overtime hours to paid time off hours

    It would be great to be able to have employees track hours, and as their overtime hours build up they can select an option, or have it automatically convert their overtime hours to PTO or a paid time off bank called "Comp. Time".

  11. Offer a drop down menu for switching between employees within TSheets.

    When an administrator or manager has a number of employees sometimes it is difficult to remember names (with only the "type in" option). A drop down menu would be an easy fix. Similar to QuickBooks functionality.

  13. Attaching documents/photos to jobs

    To attach anything and link it to the job/customer so the entire field crew is on the same page. and when it goes on the schedule - I sync everything to our google calendar these items are available to open in there as well.

  15. Integrations with other Cloud Apps using Zapier.com

    We are using more and more Cloud Applications in our Business, and we're finding that the ones that have more integrations move up^ in our "critical applications" list, and the ones that have few integrations move down... Our critical applications (in order) are: TeamWorkPM.net (project management), Pipedrive.com (CRM and Sales), Quoteroller.com (proposals), MailChimp.com (marketing) and Quickbooks. (we are strongly considering Xero.com because they integrate with all our apps). Currently TeamworkPM and Pipedrive and Mailchimp don't integrate which is a bummer. But we use Zapier to integrate them. Works quite well for a nominal monthly fee, just like tsheets charges.

  16. Add an "Approver" user type that doesn't track time and costs less

    There should be a feature that allows for the addition of accounts that are not my employees and that are strictly used for approving timecards. My customers want the ability to approve my employee's timecards and not get pestered to submit their own time, because they're not really employees. And I don't want to waste $5 on every approver account that will never log time or see the light of day in my QuickBooks.

  17. View location/GPS tracks of an employee for entire day (or other time period)

    It would be great if we can have a GPS map that allows me to select employees and view all their GPS information over a period of time instead of clicking each GPS map icon for every timesheet.

  18. TSheets for "multi-tasking" environment

    TSheets is light years beyond the QuickBooks built-in time tracking feature in most respects. However, one feature of the latter that would be great to see added to TSheets would be the ability to resume the timer on a task paused earlier in the day, rather than creating a new entry each time. In other words, if an employee works on 4 different tasks on a given day, but is repeatedly switching between those 4 tasks, it would be nice to just have 4 TSheets entries for that employee's day, rather than 20.

    This didn’t make the 2013 project list but keep voting as we still have our eyes on it! More votes will have a dramatic effect on our future project planning.

  20. Project Labor Costs

    We would like to be able to track labor costs by job code.

    This should be fairly easy to code, as it would just involve importing an employee's wage and performing a simple calculation.

    Our dream is to be able to access this information (project costs per day, per week, to-date, from start to completion, etc.) with a single push of a button.
