    Create a new time card sheet when overtime starts so that you dont have to manually figure out exactly what department gets how much overtime charged.

  2. Make the View Timesheets report more like the Payroll report

    Right now the payroll report is separated by employees and then shows the details broken out by day/week. It also has total hours. It would be nice if the View Timesheets section of the Project report looked similar.

  3. Allowing multiple clock ins on a single date for over night shift

    Can The app should check to see if a shift started on one date and ended on the next, the app should let the employee clock in after a certain number of hours have passed even if its the same date. It could be an admin setting to turn this feature on and off for employees, and to set the number of hours that must pass before a same day clock in is allowed

  4. Notification when force closing the mobile app

    Need GPS tracking on the mobile app, but some employees are tech savvy enough to force close the app. It would be nice if admins and managers could be notified/ receive an error report when either the app is closed, or when they don't have data syncing to the app.

  5. Change tasks with fewer steps

    Just have the program presume that you are changing tasks within the same job code unless you start by selecting the job code. This would prevent the need for selecting the job code you are already on in order to change tasks on the same Job Code.

  6. Trying to communicate to your crew or a specific group and emails aren't working or aren't read just fast enough?

    Trying to communicate to your crew or a specific group and emails just aren't working or not being read fast enough? How about implementing an app something like "BaseCamp". Companies such as Patagonia, Nike, Twitter and National Graphic have used it for either business or personal reasons. Sync projects that are already in TSheets with conversations and notes specific to a job. Communication could be kept all in one place.

  7. Associate the GPS map with respective employee/timsheet

    When the GPS map opens, it covers much of the TimeSheet screen, making it difficult to 'connect' the map with the specific employee line. Could you do one of the following to make it graphically easier to track the employee and his/her location:
    - put a (bright) colour on the line which is related to the GPS map in front of the viewer for as long as the map is visible; or,
    - (Better) add the employee's name and clock-in time from the line in question to the top of the map.

  9. Define who can see employee locations other than managers and admins

    We would like the option to turn on the "location" for various employees to see in the "Who's working window". Currently only managers or admins can see the location of staff. We need the ability to turn that on for a supervisor, leader or receptionist so they can see someone's current location. I do not want to give them access to approve timesheets or admin rights.

  10. We need caller ID from the location that our people are working

    We are a commercial cleaning business and some half of our people dont have smart phones. We know they can text but that still allows them to cheat. we need you to develop a caller ID function when they call in from the land line at the site where they clean. Can you do that?? Thanks.

  11. Bring over QuickBooks customer description into TSheets

    When I create a sub-customer in QuickBooks, I enter information in the description which auto-populates for my employees on their time sheets when they're entering it using QB, but that description is not coming over into the TSheets app. Without it auto-populating in TSheets, it means I will have to go in and add it manually to every time entry. That's a deal breaker there.

  12. Allow Crew managers to Edit Clock Out time on mobile

    It sure would be great, and solve many problems for our crew managers, if we had the ability to edit the clock out time like we are able to do upon clock in. Now they have to wait until they get home or the office where they can log on to the web site and correct any missed clock out times. Much time wasted with this.

  13. Include day, date, start/stop time in the notes section automatically

    If the day of the week, the date, the start and stop times are automatically included in the Notes section, it would save tons of time before syncing over to Quickbooks. I manually type this in on the first line (day, date) and then on the second line (the start/stop times and total hrs) before it is synced. This way when it is synced over to the Quickbooks side the information is there and will be included in the invoice to the client when

  14. Display totals on time cards even whe a timer isn't running

    It would be really useful to see day and week totals (either global, for all job codes added together, or by job code) even when a timer isn't running.

    That way the time card interface can be used to inform decisions about what to start working on next, when there's a choice.

  16. Filter Project Report for same same sub-level job across multiple top-level jobs

    If there are sub-level jobs with the same name under multiple top-level jobs, allow the ability to run a report for timesheets with the same sub-level job WITHOUT having to use custom fields.

  17. Separate archived and current or active jobs in the Project Report

    Instead of selecting each job one by one in All Job code Project report. It will be great to have archived job, active job and total job hours.

  18. Need the ability to switch to new customers then go back to original customer to finish with that time card

    Each works remotely on several different customers an hour depending on what calls come in. We need to be able to switch to new customer, complete time card then go back to original customer without having to open a new time card.

  19. Easy end of day/week time entry based on GPS information

    My current problem is that staff forgets to sign in/out from jobs they attend in a day. So therefore I like the idea of auto clock in/out posted in another suggestion. But as an alternative or complementary to that idea, why not have the app track (or use the phones build in tracking) the locations I have been and have the option to at the end of the day/week associate having been static on a new location for a certain amount of time, link that to a new time entry. Use this to fill up gaps in the time entry.

  20. MAC address of the device used to log in

    Instead of giving only GPS, i want to know that they are using the approved device to log in instead of some other device. For example, I want them to use their phones. Without the MAC address, they could be giving their logins to their buddies to log them in on the buddy's phone. Give us access to the MAC address on the report so i can confirm the employees are using their approved device.
