How can we improve TSheets?

Rename "customers" to either "jobs" or "projects"

Regarding the "customer" field on the apps: it is confusing to new users to have the projects referred to as "customers". Our clients have multiple projects. It is adding needless confusion.

    Totally agree with this recommendation. I love the Quickbooks integration but forcing this nomenclature for use in a retail store is very confusing. There should be an easy front end way to name the field whatever your business is tracking time against.

    The term shift initially turned me off from looking at tsheets. I had to be shown that it wold work for jobs scheduling and dispatching.

    I think there would be value in allowing a company to determine in the initial setup if they use Jobs or Shifts. There is a big difference in how you schedule and manage time for each one. Just changing the terminology depending on how you work would be less confusing.
