Customize the order of columns to match the client's timesheets
Business Value: Match client timesheets to better match their established processes.
Idea: In the construction realm there is a LOT of variation from one company to the next in the timesheet, field worksheets, etc. that they use. One cool thing TSheets could do is allow clients to customize the order of fields in their timesheet view including custom fields. For example, Job, Cost Code, Work Category, Hours, Day of the Work, and Work State. In addition to lowering the psychological barriers to adoption by matching what people are familiar with, this functionality can help TSheet better integrate with some accounting and job costing systems. Why? Rate retrieval hierarchies in the accounting and job costing system can be complex with construction, e.g., union payroll, certified payroll, special workers' comp rates, and more. For some systems data that follows the Hours/Rate values are ignored for the retrieval hierarchy, e.g., Sage Construction does this for example.
