Calculation for PTO based on hours worked needs to exclude other types of PTO
Currently if your PTO accrual is set to "based on Hours worked" the calculation includes worked hours and other PTO hours. It should only use true "worked hours".
For example: We have to accrue 1 hour of sick for every 30 hours "worked". Employees also have vacation time. If an employee takes 8 hours of vacation and only works 32 hours for the week the Sick Time is calculated using 40 hrs for the week when it should only be calculated on the 32 hours of actual work time.
