Scheduled vs Actual Real-Time Calendar View
We currently use Outlook to create appointments and update what the employees are actually doing throughout the day (sometimes it's updated by dispatch and sometimes it's adjusted by the technicians out in the field). It would be nice if the schedule in TSheets (or the Outlook integration) published real-time clock in/out so we know where they are in a calendar view. I'm aware we can utilize the "Who's Working" feature, but would prefer it in a real-time working calendar view, that is available to all employees.

It would be a great add-on to be able to see real-time where our technicians are in their scheduled jobs- for instance, can you make it so the jobs show as completed or started but not finished, etc. right in the schedule view? Every other scheduling program we have used (we've tried 3) has always either changed the color of the job or had some other way of indicating if the job contained "clocked time." It could be as simple as adding an icon to the corner of the job on the calendar or something similar. Other than that, we are very impressed with the program!
