How can we improve TSheets?

For our business, it would be extremely beneficial to have a small checklist for each job. This would not only act as an aid or "To-do" list

For our business, it would be extremely beneficial to have a small checklist for each job. This would not only act as an aid or "To-do" list, but a second worker would also be able to see the items remaining on a list to pickup where the previous worker left off. For example:

Job -> Grounds Maintnenance at the park. (This would be clocked in and out of)

Checklist:

-> Mow the park
-> Empty the bins
-> Spray the weeds
-> Mulch the garden
-> Blow the paths

This could be either a simple text list as a visual aid, or could be an interactive checklist that effectively stores the progress of the job. Note that some of these jobs might be too small to warrant a separate job that needs to be clocked in and out of individually.

        We would use this as well. Except we need to show how much a task has been completed each time a person goes and does a job:
        Employee 1 works for 4 hours:
        day 1:
        -> Mow the park - 10%
        -> Empty the bins - 100%
        -> Spray the weeds - (didn't do)
        -> Mulch the garden - 10%
        -> Blow the paths - (didn't do)
        day 2 2 hours:
        employee 1:
        -> Mow the park - 100%
        -> Empty the bins - 100% (didn't do)
        -> Spray the weeds (didn't do)
        -> Mulch the garden - 10% (didn't do)
        -> Blow the paths(didn't do)
        day 3 4 hours:
        employee 7:
        -> Mow the park - 100%
        -> Empty the bins - 100%
        -> Spray the weeds - 100%
        -> Mulch the garden - 100%
        -> Blow the paths (didn't do)

        This way, we can show the progress each billing period to our client and say: "We are 90% with this task, and 40% on this task".
        Each of our 70+ clients has between 5-10 tasks and they are pretty unique to each customer.
        You can currently do this with custom fields, but I believe you can only have 10 custom fields. If TSheets allowed for 1000000 custom fields, we could probably work with that for a while.
        We also would like to batch import these. That way we don't need to pay $1000 for someone to manually enter in all of these tasks when all our contracts begin in the year.

        A further improvement could include a reset button to "uncheck" the items for the next cycle. Perhaps it could be a mark as completed button?
