Zendesk to TSheets to QuickBooks Integration
It would be nice to have all the information flow straight from Zendesk to QuickBooks utilizing the TymeShift integration. In other words, have TymeShift support custom fields.
YES! This is needed. We found TSheets because of Zendesk, but ultimately can't use it in Zendesk because it doesn't support the custom fields which TSheets says are required.
Also, from Zendesk it needs to have the option to select the customer based on Organization name instead of ticket number. When we did this for a few days prior to TSheets telling us we had to have the QuickBooks fields required we would get sheets under ticket numbers and names which would then have to be edited to match the organization name which is already synced from QuickBooks (in another roundabout way - QuickBooks to Zoho to Zapier to Zendesk).
This is important because it would allow all the data to flow seamlessly. You're current implementation is close but its not very unusable.
I second this. The ability to tag a support ticket with a QB customer and job and bill the time to that job is a must for my business. Thanks.

Thanks Victoria! Specifically, we'd like to see Zendesk "Ticket Descriptions" flow to QuickBooks "Time Entries"; so they can then flow through to a QB invoice. Thanks!!!
