I and my clients rely on the notes my staff sends on TSheets. It would be great to show them in the reporting.
When our maintenance crew perform certain tasks they use TSheet notes to provide information such as light timer settings, inspection notes. They also use notes to request days off. It would be great to pull this information up through TSheets Reports. Right now I have to cut and paste.
also add a flag or note icon to the job it was made for every one to see in the mobile app.
One step further would be to have a custom field, in the mobile app, called "Job Notes Made" and for all employees to be able to view past notes made for every job. For example, let's say John makes a note on job "A" that says need media panel cover. Then if Jesse goes to job "A", on a different day or even different week, he can use this feature in the app to see that a note was made on job "A" and that he needs to take a media panel cover with him. the notes made would have to be tied to that job they were made at. Then when the item in the note has been completed, that note cold be deleted by who ever does what the note says, to show that it has been done. It is time consuming to go online and look up jobs or times sheets to find these notes, and this can only be done by a manager right now I think. This would save so much lost time for trying to find these notes.
Right now, when running a Payroll or Project Report, you have the ability to review all of the notes in the detailed view of the time entries, either for viewing on screen or for download. I know the tracking reports don't display the notes because they don't display individual time entries, but was there another place specifically that you wanted to see them?
This would be a huge if you could pull reports for Notes by Job and print. Right now I can run tracking report by customer/job or even payroll report by customer/job but if you download to excel, it cuts most of the text out of Notes.
