QuickBooks sync Notes Option
It would be nice if there were an option to turn off the NOTES when syncing with Quickbooks. Presently when you sync with QB and there are notes on T-Sheets time entries, QB will create a separate line on the Employee's time card for each note even if the person worked on the same job for the whole week. If that person worked on multiple jobs on multiple days and left a note on each entry the time card might be 20 or more lines long. It would be nice to turn off note syncing with QB but allow an export of the notes or a simple print notes option with a date range.
similarly, perhaps: how does one's notes get uploaded into an invoice in QuickBooks? We keep a detailed, running summary of the work we are doing for a client...and that summary is what we want them to see when they get their invoice from us. We want more than just "Client Jones - Filing"; we want "Client Jones - Filing of Q3 taxes on the Lake Oswego condo". In other words, highly customizable descriptions. How do we use TSheets for that?
