Better Service Items Organization (and no products!)
Currently the Service Item/Task list is formatted where if you set your
Quickbooks Products and services with Parent Headers and sub categories, it appears in Tsheets like so:
Landscaping Services Design: Estimating & Sketch
Landscaping Services:Design: Soil Prep
Landscaping Services:Design:Plant install
On the mobile service list, this cuts off the view of the line and appears like so...
This makes it impossible to see what we are actually clocking into which defeats the purpose of Tsheets for our company.
I suggest you format it EXACTLY LIKE THE QUICKBOOKS LIST.

On the QBO Mobile app their products and services list is beautifully formatted (exactly like this)!

Thanks for the feedback, Mike. We are currently investigating the products showing up, as we agree they certainly shouldn’t. The interface we use to get the list has changed and we are actively working on a solution.
Agreed. I find it nearly impossible to figure out which cost code I'm selecting. I suggest the formatting be "stacked", eg.

The only issue I see with ignoring the parent items is you may have the same item name as subs under more than one parent item.
Perhaps a design with indents would work (without the dots)

I strongly support this one!!! My ability to accurately track actual time on tasks vs. estimated time is ruined if my guys aren't able to track the service items/classes correctly. They can't see them in their mobile app UI since they are cutoff. I give copies of the time sheets to my clients to review and it's a problem when the service items are wrong or missing. Please fix ASAP!
