More timesheet rounding options
I would like to see more options for timesheet rounding. We found out the hard way that clock in and clock out time rounding also applies to job switches. We changed clock in to round up to 5 minutes, and clock out to every minute. All of our employees lost about 15 minutes of on the clock time because of the amount to job switches we do during a day.
Our main problem is when OT is not on the table in a given week, we do not want to have 40 hours and 10 minutes on the week, due to the employees clocking in a few minutes early or a few minutes late for the start of the day and lunches.
ex. of the rounding settings and have all round direction and round time options available to all areas.
-Round Clock In Times. Have a usual day start time and usual lunch in time box to enter. Round before start time. Round after start time. Round before set lunch in time. Round after set lunch in time.
-Round Switch Times. Allows "normal" rounding rules for during work day job switches.
-Round Clock Out Times. Have a usual day end time and usual lunch out time box to enter. Round before end time. Round after end time. Round before set lunch out time. Round after set lunch out time.

Ability to tweak the specific minute that our timesheet rounding tool should recognize as the “half way” point for determining whether or not to round up or down when set to nearest. According to Medina, SD state labor law states that “less than 7 minutes isn’t counted as work but more then that is 15 minutes worked if rounding to the 15" Medina Matonis firstname.lastname@example.org
