Continue tracking GPS location if an employee stays at the same location.
Currently, when and employee is at a location, the time they arrive is the only time shown map. With this set-up, it's impossible to tell whether the person is staying at the site and working for hours or simply turned off their phone's GPS function and went somewhere else. I understand that the drain on battery might be a reason some might not want this function, but what if, when staying in the same location, the syncing went from every 10 minutes to every 30 minutes? This improvement is necessary to track employees who are supposed to spend hours at various sites unsupervised.

I see this too. Word has it that my employees are using airplane mode to stay logged in but not be tracked.
Why not allow the administrator the ability to choose the frequency at which the app pings GPS? It definitely needs to do it more often.
I'll second this request. I would say that even without movement, the time stamp should show where the employee was 15 minutes ago, even if he/she has been at a desk all day.
We really appreciate your feedback, Thaddeus!
