We are a home health care agency and hours change often with our clients. It would be great to have a report that compares this information or updates the schedule when an employee works different hours then the schedule.. This way I can ensure I am billing the client for the proper amount of hours as well as paying to employee the correct amount. Is there anything in the works for a report like this?3 votes
Currently the scheduled vs worked report only shows hours scheduled within a certain amount of time and not shifts that are scheduled all day. We use all day scheduling because we are not always sure what time the job will start and stop but we still need our employees to clock in and out. Can the report just assume that scheduled all day means a standard 8 hour shift or at least have an option for it. This would allow the report to be more effective for our purposes. Thanks1 vote
Would it be possible to sync, or push, the schedule and pre-populate Time Tracking (time entries card pre-populated)? Then employees would just need to confirm their time spent, or make minor adjustments before confirming?
More importantly, one less excuse to NOT do timesheets on time!5 votes
We currently use Outlook to create appointments and update what the employees are actually doing throughout the day (sometimes it's updated by dispatch and sometimes it's adjusted by the technicians out in the field). It would be nice if the schedule in TSheets (or the Outlook integration) published real-time clock in/out so we know where they are in a calendar view. I'm aware we can utilize the "Who's Working" feature, but would prefer it in a real-time working calendar view, that is available to all employees.5 votes
