  1. Ability to view and enter time in manual timecard by pay period

    Right now we can only enter time by week but this doesn't work well since we are on a semi-monthly pay period. We need the ability to view the days in the semi-monthly pay period in our manual timesheet since we can work flexible work hours. This way we can enter time by pay period rather than week. Some semi-monthly pay periods end mid-week

  2. Copy prior week's timesheet including notes

    It would be extremely convenient if I could copy last week's timesheet with the same notes as the week before. Can you make it happen?

  4. Show Custom Fields for each row in the Manual Time Card

    Add columns for service item, class, etc. in the Manual Time Card so you can specify it for the whole row.

    This feature would include the addition of any item from QuickBooks (service items, class. . etc.) This feature has been re-opened due to demand, so if you would like to see this feature added, make sure you vote and comment about what you would like to see :)

  5. Allow employer to set notification to enter time entries

    I would like to be able to set a notification for any employees who have not entered at least 8 hours for the day before, and keep that notification coming every day until they enter their time. My company does not use the "clock in-clock out" feature; instead we require each person to enter time manually.

  6. allow manual card as default window that fills computer screen

    allow manual time card to be default window that fills computer screen. For employers that just need this option for employees makes it less clutter and easier for employees to just quickly log in enter time and then log out. Want option for manual time card to be default window and fills most of screen except left side menus when on desk top. Too much visual clutter for those that just want to go to manual weekly timesheet.

  7. Only show 2 decimal places and make sure weekly totals add up

    Manual Time card shows 3 decimal places and daily totals don't add up to weekly total always. Please show this using 2 decimals.

  8. Manual Time card

    We would like to see the actual time employees work on the manual time card, i.e. 8:00 - 12:00 and 12:30 - 4:30, rather than just the number of hours they worked.

  9. Make the Billable selection a check box on the time item cell itself

    Currently for each cell in the timesheet you have to select the cell, click the Billable textbox, select Yes/No, then click Save. This is a four-click task for EACH cell.

    This could be reduced to a one-click task for each cell by making the billable selection a checkbox in the cell itself. This would make it easier and quicker to set the billable on each item, as well as allowing the user to verify, at a glance, that the sheet is correct before submitting.

  10. Allow you to save a timesheet even if it's not fully filled out yet

    You should be able to at least save a timesheet if some fields are missing, like a service item or billable option. Currently this is not an option.

  11. Ability to set the Service Item on multiple or all cells for the current timesheet

    Just as with the billable option, currently you have to go to EVERY cell in the time sheet, click the Service Item textbox, select the service item, and click Save.

    I have only ever entered my name as the Service Item, so these steps are completely redundant. It would be great to have the option to select the service item only once and have it applied to all cells in the current time sheet. Note that this would not replace the current method of setting service items on each cell. It would just be a different way of setting it.

  12. Manual time entry option by 15 min segments

    Suggestion: Option for manual time input by 15 min segments instead of 1
    minute segments. 1 minute segments is time consuming, error prone, annoying
    when billing by 15 minute segments.

  13. Add "Service item" as a column in the manual time card, instead of having it underneath

    Moving the service item next to the customer makes it easier for our consultants to double check their timesheet at a glance, instead of clicking on every time entry to see what task was being worked on. Huge time saver!

  14. Create rows in a manual time card without entering duration/time.

    Right now, in order to add a row to a user's manual time card, you are also required to specify a duration for a specific date. What I'd like to be able to do is create a row in a weekly, manual time card without creating any timesheets, akin to a user adding a job code to their time card via the user interface. This will allow me to sync a user's assigned tasks, which often change here, on a daily basis to "build" their time card for them, such that all they need to do is enter times each…

    This is a great idea to pre-fill out a time card for employees. Let’s see if we can’t get more votes :)

  15. Manual Time Card Autosave Timesheets

    Timesheet. Autosave.

    Every time one of our non-technical, extremely busy employees forgets to click the save button, or accidentally closes a browser tab, we lose a significant amount of billable time.

    Isn't this the sort of basic functionality that ALL software should have? The ability to not lose your most important data from the inattention of users?

  16. Daily Time Entry Required in Manual Time Card

    I would like to restrict manual time entry to the past. I do not want people to pre-populate the time card. I have employees that need to do manual entry, but should only at the end of each day.

  17. Allow editing multiple days' service item at once

    It's a bit of a pain clicking each individual day and client to pick a service item, if it could be done on a per-row or multiple-select basis, it would save me a lot of time.

  18. Ability to enter hours worked from what time to what time no just quantity of hours in manual entry.

    I found out that I have to show that my guys took lunch breaks. Right now they enter in their hours at the end of the day in manual mode. This only lets them show how many hours they worked. Not what time they started and stopped.

  19. Manual Timesheet screen mimic Quickbooks weekly timesheet

    Modify the Manual Time Card screen to more closely mimic the Quickbooks Weekly Timesheet. I see the following reasons for this change:

    a) In QB you can type a few letters of a field and QB fills it in;

    b) In QB you can tab from field to field for a transaction and then go to the next transaction;

    c) TSheet screen doesn't like it if you tab after entering your hours for a day;

    d) TSheet screen requires too many clicks and too much jumping around within the screen

  20. Automatically fill Service Item

    It would be REALLY nice if the service item could be automatically filled when filling out a manual timecard and there is only a single assigned service item for the customer/job.
