  1. Job change popup window

    I would like to suggest that if you change the current job you are clocked into, that a popup asks "Do you want to change the job you are clocked into?" If Yes, it mentions clicking "Switch" and if no, it stays on current job. We had an employee that was just looking up a job, and it changed the job (much too easily). This could become an issue with billing, thankfully he realized what he did and we were able to correct the mistake.

  2. More info in the Time Slider tooltip, more Who's Working details in mobile Overview

    We have to click too much to get the basic information.
    E.g. in the Time Slider we don't need in the tag "Click for details..." it would be better to see the Job code and the Notes in the tag.

    In the mobile app. Overview page has statistics (we don't need), but no notes. If it would be customizable, we would use only Who's working with more details (full path job code, notes, GPS street position or link to map).

  3. 1 - Option to move up/down users or sort option 2 - Add a bar color for employee that are off

    1 - Option to move up/down users or sort option
    2 - Add a bar/comment/status for employee that are off. Actually I don't know if the employee is off or he forgot to clock in, I do an extra step going to the company calendar to find out, tried "Schedules" does not help

  4. Color coding for Timeslider

    I love the time slider because it gives a visual, manipulable representation of the timesheets. What would make it even better would be the ability to assign colors to the work groups so that the members of each team would appear as different colored slider bars.

  5. Create multiple default time slider tabs

    It would be convenient to have the ability to create multiple time slider tabs that appear each time I click on manage time sheets. This would allow me to separate my employees by sectors or jobs within my company and would make reviewing time much easier. That way I can compare employees who are working in the same vehicle or on the same job site in their own separate tab and they're not bunched with every other employee. Thanks!

  6. Time Slider: Provide Copy/Paste and Move options

    Time Slider currently only has the option to just slide the ends of the bar to adjust time. Is there a way to copy/paste any of these entries? Also if someone were to enter the time on the wrong day, could they just move it via slider?

  7. Time Slider Entries having different colors

    In Time Slider, all the time entries are shown in blue. Is it possible to have the users, especially managers/administrators with their employees, see the entries in different colors per day? This especially works if a user does a number amount of switches during the day, it can be easier on the eye to estimate how much time a project has been worked with on a daily basis.

  8. Have time slider default to a certain minute

    The Time Slider can get tedious when it comes clicking and dragging. When I start to drag as close as I can to the 1:00pm line and end at the 3:00pm line for example, I get times such as 1:01pm to 3:02pm. Is there a rounding feature for the time slider, so it would default to a minute increment? Users would not have to worry about editing the time card to reflect the exact time. I know there is a rounding feature used in the "My Time Card" but I see this feature being more useful in the Time Slider,…

  9. Show Task Category on Time Slider Hover Box

    When I'm viewing the Time Slider, & I have several tasks throughout a day, when I hover on one of them, the box doesn't indicate what task that time block is for. It would help if I could see in the hover box what task that time block is for, instead of having to edit that block to see it.

  10. Show paid time off in the Time Slider

    Currently the time slider doesn't show PTO entered for the week, it would be nice if it could do so, and just highlight it in blue.
