    This sounds like it is very close to the law Portland, OR has already enacted. We have to track the hours elsewhere and adjust TSheets because they will not track hours this way. Would be great if TSheets could calculate the sick hours this way. I believe more cities, counties and states are going to enact similar laws.

    You can make employees inactive, but still see them easily and reactivate them. The same feature for customers would be great.
