I agree, currently you are forced to pay your employee's overtime on the following pay period if it accrues in a "partial" week of the pay period. This can delay the overtime pay for an employee up to 20 days from when they earned it.
While in California that is legal, it's not something most small employers want to do. Please add a feature that allows for companies to choose between daily and weekly overtime calculation.
